Major cast parts are made of stress-relieved and annealed Meehanite castings to ensure stability, rigidity, high accuracy, and extended working life.
The spindle is directly coupled with a V-3 motor, ensuring high spindle runout accuracy of 2 μ.
Precision cartridge spindle is grease-lubricated, requires minimal maintenance, and incorporates four preloaded Class 7 (P4) super-precision angular contact ball bearings for heavy grinding.
Double V slideways are precisely hand-scraped and coated with Turcite "B" for smooth movement and enhanced stability.
Standard auto-lubrication system provides effective lubrication for all slideways, lead screws, and nuts.
Lubricating oil is filtered and recycled to ensure smooth movement with minimal wear and tear.
